You’d do anything,
Anything just to play like the boss
And I know this
Cause sometimes
You think I’ve never felt a loss
When you feel this way
Feel that way
Whenever you’re here
Or there
You should just
Think about it
You can’t
See the of the road
And
Where it goes
Stuck inside a
World of your own
Alone
You should think about it
What it all could be
Telling you don’t panic
This is all dream
You could find your balance
Don’t fall on me
You should think about it
You’d do anything,
Anything just to play like the boss
And I know this
Cause sometimes
You think I’ve never felt a loss
When you feel this way
Feel that way
Whenever you’re here
Or there
You should just
Think about it
Shake your body
But you shouldn’t think about it
I never thought that you would
Be the one to think about it
Shake your body
But you shouldn’t think about it
I never thought that you would
Be the one to think about it
Shake your body
But you shouldn’t think about it
I never thought that you would
Be the one to think about it
Shake your body
But you shouldn’t think about it
I never thought that you would
Be the one to think about it
You’d do anything,
Anything just to play like the boss
And I know this
Cause sometimes
You think I’ve never felt a loss
When you feel this way
Feel that way
Whenever you’re here
Or there
You should just
Think about it

Like so many others, this came like a bolt out of the blue and, even though it's well before payday, I had to have this astonishing album on vinyl to prove it exists. The feel of the tunes makes me feel like the Impressions do, Curtis Mayfield, the big spaces and instinctive horns and stuff drifting in and out. Great grooves and I can see lots of ghosts nodding along to this with big smiles on their faces. At last! Anthony Cottrell
